Establishing International Business

The Cross Border Product Package has been created to support you in the expansion of business activities in the countries of Erste Group (Austria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania and Ukraine).

You can open an account or get a loan in one of these countries for your subsidiary without leaving your home country. Your account manager will handle everything and deal with you in your own language.

Cross border account at a glance

  • Available for companies with a registered subsidiary or registering a subsidiary
  • Both accounts – for headquarters and the subsidiary – must be held with Erste Group institutions
  • Account denominated in EUR or local currency
  • 24-hour access to your account via electronic banking

Cross border loans at a glance

  • Financing is based on the creditworthiness of the parent company and an abstract bank guarantee issued against the parent company’s credit limit
  • Available in EUR or local currency
  • The minimum available amount is EUR 50,000
  • Available granting periods for loans:
    • Up to 12 months for working capital financing
    • Up to 3 years for investment loans
    • Up to 12 months for guarantees
