In accordance with the strategic retail focus of Erste Group, we put special emphasis on complex funding for residential projects. We have developed a residential value chain concept to effectively finance build-to-sell projects: for constructors and their clients who purchase apartments or family houses, we arrange project and private financing that includes additional real estate services such as simplified property evaluation, guaranteed collection of advance payments, property brokerage, etc.
