The “General Terms and Conditions of Erste Bank der oesterreichischen Sparkassen AG”, the “Special Terms and Conditions” of Erste Bank der oesterreichischen Sparkassen AG and the table of conditions shall fully apply – if agreed - to the overall business relationship between the customer and all branch offices of the bank in Austria and abroad. These Terms and Conditions and the table of conditions are enclosed.
To the extent that in these Terms and Conditions and the table of conditions „Erste Bank der oesterreichischen Sparkassen AG“ or only „Erste Bank“ is mentioned, they are to be replaced by „Erste Group Bank AG“.
