Our Motivation

A strong European future needs people who believe in themselves and in that future. That is why we are once again supporting the European Forum Alpbach 2026 (EFA) as a Core Partner—and we do so out of conviction. The EFA brings together young people from Europe and around the world with leading researchers, thinkers, policymakers, business leaders, and civil society actors to engage and work together to shape a stronger Europe for the benefit of all.

At Erste Group, we share this vision and believe in the idea behind the European Forum Alpbach. We are convinced that the EFA is a place where today’s strong, forward-looking ideas meet the decision-makers of our time and beyond. That is why, as one of the largest financial services providers in Central Europe, we are serving as a Core Partner of the Forum for the sixth time and are making a significant contribution to bringing the EFA’s aspirations to life.
