Our motivation

A strong European future needs people who believe in it. It is because of our conviction in this principle that we are again supporting the European Forum Alpbach 2025 (EFA) as the Core Partner. The EFA brings together young people from around Europe and all over the world, leading researchers, thinkers, policy makers, businesspeople and civil society actors to engage with each other and contribute to the mission of shaping a stronger Europe for the benefit of all.

As Erste Group, we share this vision and believe in the idea of the European Forum Alpbach. We are convinced that the EFA is a place where the decision-makers of today are introduced to powerful, pioneering ideas about tomorrow and beyond. That is why we, as one of the largest financial services providers in Central and Eastern Europe, have assumed the role of Core Partner of the EFA for the fifth time, thereby making a significant contribution to bringing these efforts to life.
