Determination of maturity date for Turbos (RON)

Referring to § 10 of the Final Terms Erste Group Bank AG announces that the maturity date for the following Erste Group turbo warrant is set to 10/10/2025.

Turbo Long AT0000A1J3H3 BANCA TRANSILVA.
Turbo Long AT0000A1ER90 BANCA TRANSILVA.

The redemption amount per warrant will be determined at maturity in accordance with § 2 of the Final Terms. The last trading day will be 07/10/2025.
