Fund (see investment fund)

Investors collect investment capital in order to invest it in securities, money market instruments, mutual funds, demand or callable deposits, and/or derivative instruments in accordance with their investment strategy.

In legal terms, it is a special fund consisting of securities selected according to the principle of risk diversification. The fund is divided into equal shares, which are co-owned by the shareholders and managed by an investment company.
