Knock-out-barriere

The knock-out barrier for a turbo is when it expires. If the underlying touches or falls below (turbo long) or touches or exceeds (turbo short) the knock-out barrier, the knock-out event occurs immediately. The knock-out threshold and the base price of the turbo are adjusted daily to take the financing costs into account.
