22.02.2024 - Resolution to cancel own shares

As previously announced, Erste Group Bank AG successfully completed a share buyback programme with a volume of EUR 299,999,998.23. Between 16 August 2023 and 16 February 2024 a total of 8,887,092 shares were repurchased at an average price per share of EUR 33.76.

The management board of Erste Group Bank AG resolved today – with consent of the supervisory board – to cancel 8,887,092 repurchased own shares in Erste Group Bank AG representing approximately 2.07% of the share capital of Erste Group Bank AG.
