Erste Bank opens new service branch office at Auhof Center
Tomorrow, 27.8.2015, Erste Bank will open a new service branch office: With immediate effect, service and advice by Erste Bank will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Auhof Center.
In the course of the expansion of its branch office network with new service branch offices, Erste Bank will open a new location in the shopping mall Auhof Center, directly on the ground floor in Albert-Schweitzer-Gasse 6 in the 14th municipal district of Vienna. This is in pursuit of the strategy to be within easy reach of customers for the rapid execution of banking transactions at well-frequented sites. Apart from consultations between 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., self-service devices for withdrawals, deposits, money transfers or Western Union transactions are available. The foyer is accessible at any time during the Center's opening hours. Quick consultations about “simple” products such as e.g. the opening of an account or a savings card, as well as fast services are the focus of this new branch office format. For more complex requests an expert advisor can be called in with the push of a button via video-conferencing in a room specifically equipped for this purpose. On occasion of the opening, a 20 euro gift coupon will be issued for every product newly opened in the branch office.
