After the new advisory centers in Floridsdorf and the new Erste Campus, a  third advisory center has now opened right next to the Rochus Market in Vienna. The new advisory center is characterized by the latest in  interior design, an open and bright architecture, a wide variety of advisory services, and state-of-the-art self-service devices. The new branch office concept has been developed by Erste Bank together with customers, whose suggestions and wishes have been the focus of the concept.

“Our customers decide about the perfect consultation and where it takes place, whether in a discreet conference room or e.g. while having a cup of coffee at the bar”, says Thomas Schaufler, chief retail officer of Erste Bank.

The new advisory center comprises an area of 1,100 m² and consists of three floors. 50 employees are at the disposal of our customers from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Self-service devices are accessible around the clock.

“Branch offices are indispensable for providing personal support on financing or complex investments. We are sticking with our plan of opening additional branch offices, they are an integral element of our strategy”, Schaufler continues.

The future branch office network of Erste Bank: Advisory centers and service branch offices

The branch office network will take on a new shape until 2019. In Vienna, Lower Austrian and Burgenland large advisory centers will be erected in district centers. Up to 50 experts are working in one location and are providing on-site support to private and commercial clients regarding our entire product range.
