With immediate effect, Erste Bank is enhancing its presence in Vienna with an additional advisory center. In the Advisory Center Sievering on 1 Ginzinger Allee, 40 employees will from now on be at the disposal of customers on premises covering an area of 935 m2. The conversion of the four-floor landmarked building has taken nine months, with the roof truss converted as well.
The advisory center has been furnished according to the Erste Bank's new branch office concept, which has been designed with significant input from customers. The modern interior design, self-service devices and different advisory services are tailored to fully meet the needs of customers. They can choose between discussing their financial affairs on a comfortable sofa, at a coffee bar, or discreetly in a separate room.
Opening with chief retail officer Thomas Schaufler and actresses Barbara Wussow and Michou Friesz
“Our modern branch offices are more than mere advisory centers. We are offering our customers an experience and this requires the best possible advice and all types of digital services”, says Thomas Schaufler, chief retail officer of Erste Bank. “Our branch offices remain an integral part of our strategy and more openings will follow in the course of this year”, Schaufler adds.
The new branch office will be officially opened in an inaugural ceremony on April 28: Erste Bank chief retail officer Thomas Schaufler extends an invitation to a talk show with Barbara Wussow and Michou Friesz, in which customer needs with respect to bank branch offices will be discussed.
Branch office offensive: additional advisory centers and service branch offices
Erste Bank's newly designed branch office network will be expanded further until 2019. The next advisory centers for private and corporate customers will be opened in Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland. “Our customers will then experience Erste Bank as an integrated and 100% service-oriented company”, Schaufler is certain.
