Erste Bank: Service Branch Office Wien-Mitte Opens

Today a newly designed service branch office was opened in Wien-Mitte, which is the most heavily frequented train station in Austria. This is in line with the strategy of providing comfortable and easy access for the purpose of quickly carrying out banking transactions in venues where many people congregate. Opening hours have been expanded, and with immediate effect it is possible to obtain personal advice at the branch office between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.
The self-service area has been upgraded and there are now more devices available for payment transactions around the clock.
Quick consultations on “simple” services such as e.g. opening an account or applying for a savings card, as well as expeditious services are the focus of this branch office concept. For more complex requirements, the help of an expert can be enlisted at the push of a button via a video conferencing system in a room specially equipped for this purpose. On occasion of the opening of the branch office, customers receive a 20 euro voucher for every product newly acquired at the branch office.
