New Flagship Branch Office Opened in Moedling
- Longer opening hours: Mo – Fr from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Erste Bank is as of now represented by a new flagship branch office in Lower Austria located in Moedling. In the wake of the remodelling, the opening hours of the advisory center were extended as well: with immediate effect, more than 30 employees will be continuously available on 1000 m2 of office space in Moedlinger Hauptstrasse 40, from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. As usual, a generously appointed self-service area with state-of-the-art devices will be accessible around the clock.
Additional advisory centers and service branch offices
Erste Bank has been investing in the modernization of its facilities for a number of years. Thus 14 service branch offices were already situated in Vienna in high-traffic locations such as train stations and shopping malls. Erste Bank's network of newly designed branch offices will be expanded further in coming years. “Our branch offices and the provision of personal advice remain an essential part of our strategy aside from digital banking”, says Thomas Schaufler, chief retail officer of Erste Bank. For now the opening of additional flagship branch offices is planned in Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland.
