Service Branch Offices
The new format of the service branch office is designed for the swift handling of banking business. State-of-the-art self-service devices for withdrawals, deposits, payments, transfers, Western Union, and much more are available. Dispensing quick advice on “simple” products, up to account or savings card applications is a major focus. For more complex requirements, an expert can be immediately consulted with the push of a button via video technology in a room specifically designed for this purpose, so as to fully clear up all requests on the spot if needed. Visitors can also try out the new digital banking app “George” at a demo station on site, and test it together with an advisor. Customers have played a major role in designing the new branch office format.
Furnishings, the selection of advisors, design and facilities are fully oriented toward people's needs. Much of this was intensively tested with customers over the past two years in the Future Lab in Lerchenfelderstrasse as well as in our sLab (www.slab.at), in order to be able to provide precisely what customers expect from a bank branch office in the reorientation of the branch network.
